I specialize in helping families who have children with special needs and/or allergies learn how to create a nourishing diet full of brain boosting nutrients so other therapies can be more effective.  I can support you in encouraging your picky eater to enjoy healthy foods.  I can even walk you through each step in the transition to a gluten free casein free diet.

 

I realize every child is different. I will guide you to find the food and lifestyle choices that best support your family. I will also help you to make gradual, lifelong changes that enable you to reach your current and future health goals.
